1. Acceptance
By accessing or using hushClass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using hushClass on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Service Description
hushClass provides AI-powered classroom intelligence tools including real-time transcription, question generation (ARIA), and engagement monitoring (ATLAS). The platform is intended for use by authorised educational institutions, teachers, and school administrators.
3. Authorised Use
You agree to use hushClass only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to collect data without appropriate consent from students and parents
- Share access credentials with unauthorised third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
- Use the service in jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful
4. Data Ownership
Schools and teachers retain ownership of all classroom data, transcripts, and session recordings. GOGIVER AI PVT LTD claims no ownership over your educational content. We process your data only to provide the hushClass service.
5. Intellectual Property
The hushClass platform, AI models, interfaces, and brand are the intellectual property of GOGIVER AI PVT LTD. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
6. Alpha & Beta Disclaimer
hushClass is currently in alpha/early access. The platform may have bugs, downtime, or limitations. We provide it "as is" during this phase. Early access partners accept that features may change, and we appreciate feedback to improve the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOGIVER AI PVT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of hushClass. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
